We want you to be happy with Pro.
You can cancel your subscription from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
If you're not satisfied, email support@testprepexam.com within 7 days of your first Pro payment and we'll refund it. Renewal payments are generally not refunded, but contact us if something went wrong and we'll make it right.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
